      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage end-to-end sales enablement programs, including onboarding, product launches, and skill reinforcement
      - Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Legal, and RevOps to align enablement with business priorities
      - Design and deliver training experiences based on adult learning principles and develop enablement assets
      - Measure and iterate enablement effectiveness using various performance metrics, partnering with RevOps for assessments
      - Maintain scalable enablement systems and ensure consistency and usability across all enablement resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related roles
      - Proven experience managing enablement programs from concept through rollout
      - Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and deal progression
      - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other departments
      - Strong prioritization and project management skills in fast-paced environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams (SMB, MM, or Enterprise)
      - Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic) and LMS tools
      - Background in instructional design or adult learning methodologies
      - Experience measuring enablement impact beyond completion metrics
      - Experience in high-growth SaaS or go-to-market environments
