What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business development for AI/ML and SDLC services across multiple industries
- Identify and target clients in the Bay Area, leveraging your existing network
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored proposals and close deals
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Represent the employer at high-profile tech conferences and local meetups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT services, preferably in AI/ML or software development
- Deep understanding of SDLC, enterprise AI/ML adoption trends, and cloud platforms
- Proven ability to apply solution selling techniques to address client pain points
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools to manage pipelines and track leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong network in the Bay Area tech ecosystem, with experience selling to startups and enterprises
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
