What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and scale the sales recruiting function, ensuring successful hiring outcomes across various sales roles
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Leadership to develop clear hiring priorities aligned with growth targets
- Set sourcing strategies and engage with top-performing sales talent in the market
- Manage and mentor a team of sales recruiters, establishing best practices for candidate assessment and communication
- Own end-to-end recruiting performance, optimizing processes for pipeline health and candidate experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Five or more years of recruitment experience, particularly in sales roles
- At least three years of experience leading or managing recruiters with accountability for team performance
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including outbound prospecting and sales compensation
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor

- Experience with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
- Proven ability to assess sales talent using objective performance indicators
