What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate standard meetings including backlog preparation, iteration planning, and daily stand-ups
- Coach teams to maximize value and help them self-organize and self-manage
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to determine staffing requirements
- Remove impediments and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success
- Utilize metrics to enable continuous delivery and optimize iterative development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-7 years of Scrum Master experience
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or related certification strongly preferred
- 3+ years of information technology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
- Competent understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies and strong analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAFe Agile experience recommended
- Experience with relevant business software such as Microsoft Office, Jira, or Team Foundation Server
- Ability to balance engagement with diverse ideas and manage conflicts effectively
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing environments
