What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and maintain claims by reviewing coverage and liability
- Secure and analyze necessary information for claims investigation
- Work towards the resolution of claims files and attend necessary legal proceedings
- Ensure claims payments are issued accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide technical advice to lower-level positions and other functional areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Liberal Arts, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Must ensure claims handling is compliant with statutes, regulations, and company policies
- Ability to convey complex information to all appropriate parties professionally
- Experience in managing staff and participating in talent selection, development, and performance management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience working in the insurance industry
- Professional certifications related to claims management or workers' compensation
