What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast revenue, expenses, and balance sheet items
- Support the annual operating budget, strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting processes
- Take ownership of the management reporting package for senior executives and the Board of Directors
- Conduct thorough financial data analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure successful project completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of financial reporting and/or financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions and experience with large-scale data reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications (CFA, CPA) highly preferred
- Experience with SQL or Python and financial ERP systems (e.g., OneStream, Sigma) preferred
- Demonstrated experience in consumer lending or financial services industry
