- Support the hiring needs for assigned departments, learning and understanding the broader organizational culture to drive intended outcomes
- Develop a pipeline of talent for various positions and specialty areas, maintaining connections for potential candidates
- Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs
- Recommend and develop recruitment strategies and talent acquisition related projects such as but not limited to: Immigration, visas, internships and retention strategies
- Assist with the review and refinement of Job Descriptions using the Healthmap Job Description template(s)
- Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews when applicable
- Report on recruitment status, time to fill, and recruiting efforts to appropriate stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support company initiatives as an ambassador and subject matter expert to ensure Human Resources and Recruitment perspectives are accounted for
- Coach and assist team members on efficiencies, best practices, resources and systems that support operational success
- Ensure compliance with federal state, local and regulatory bodies. Reports suspected or detected security events via company provided communication channels
- Make recommendations for adjustments to operational policies and procedures where applicable
- Assist with onboarding and following up of candidates and new hires
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree is required, Experience may be accepted in lieu of education
- Five years' experience working in a high-volume, full cycle recruitment capacity, conducting all facets of recruitment is required with at least three years' experience recruiting for a variety of positions including Executive/Senior level and specialty or niche positions
- IT recruitment experience in the following areas is preferred: Data Architecture, Data Management, Infosec, Platform Product Management Engineering and Integration, User Interface and Design, Software Development and Quality Assurance, etc.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems, Jobvite experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of federal employment laws required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business

Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. They will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers/business partners to understand their recruitment needs. Develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, prescreening candidates to assess their qualifications. The Senior Recruiter will monitor and track requisition statuses, to build and maintain an efficient full-cycle recruitment process. Support areas may range from high volume recruiting to highly technical and leadership positions.
