      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize hiring needs for infrastructure projects across the U.S.
      - Proactively source, assess, and present candidates for technical and professional roles in various infrastructure sectors
      - Build strong relationships with hiring managers by providing market insights and managing expectations
      - Develop and maintain talent pipelines and networks of candidates across the U.S.
      - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
      - 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical and professional roles in infrastructure, engineering, or construction
      - Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, ADA, FLSA)
      - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience recruiting for large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or energy projects in the U.S.
      - Familiarity with leveraging social media and job boards for talent acquisition
