      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Write and develop content for internal and external communication and marketing materials
      - Edit, proof, and review all communications to align with branding requirements
      - Manage the production, ordering, and distribution of communications materials
      - Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external communications/marketing vendors
      - Identify departmental process improvements and support special health plan communications initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of marketing and/or communications experience, including writing/editing experience
      - Effective writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Project management skills and the ability to work cross-collaboratively within a matrixed organization
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Associated Press (AP) Style
      - Familiarity with SharePoint or similar intranet programs
      - Experience with Adobe InDesign or other communications design software
