What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead high-level customer discovery sessions to identify business friction points and translate them into agentic AI opportunities
- Design agentic frameworks utilizing MCP server task lists, RPA, and traditional automation
- Work across the Microsoft ecosystem to build "Agent-First" transformations, integrating Azure AI, Dynamics 365, and Foundry Data Agents
- Validate proposed agentic outcomes through deep dives into technical requirements and business processes
- Drive a target of $5M+ in annual agentic bookings by scaling the "AI Factory" model for enterprise clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Solution Architecture, or AI Consulting
- Advanced understanding of Azure AI Services and Data Platforms
- Hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement
- Familiarity with MCP servers, autonomous agents, and RPA tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong foundational knowledge in data architecture, analytics, or AI modeling
- Proven ability to lead white-boarding sessions that develop a client's vague idea into a concrete technical roadmap
- Deep familiarity with the Microsoft stack and understanding of how Dynamics is evolving
