What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a large portfolio of customer business integration projects
- Attend calls for potential integrations to review requirements and determine project scope
- Proactively identify gaps and missing requirements necessary to fulfill business requests
- Coordinate project needs with technical teams and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide ongoing support and regular updates to all parties regarding project status and potential roadblocks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as an IT Business or Integration Analyst in B2B digital integrations
- Experience in gathering detailed business requirements and translating customer needs into operational requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Background in eCommerce/eBusiness environments, including EDI and B2B integrations
- Strong documentation skills for integration procedures and processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the food industry or distribution
- Excellent decision-making, organization, and collaboration skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of IT/technical concepts
- Familiarity with various file types (e.g., EDI ANSI X12, XML) and communication methods (e.g., AS2, SFTP)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and frequent changes effectively
