What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee execution quality and delivery outcomes for large-scale banking conversions and platform implementations
- Establish and enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and risk controls across all programs
- Lead program-level governance, including milestones, dependencies, and issue management
- Ensure implementation plans align with client readiness and product capabilities
- Conduct regular reviews of project health and team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in leading complex technology implementations or enterprise transformation programs
- 3+ years of experience managing Project Managers or program teams
- Proven experience delivering core banking migrations or large SaaS platform implementations
- Strong command of program governance, risk management, and executive-level communication
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated enterprise environments
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certifications
- Experience scaling delivery organizations or integrating multiple delivery models
