      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify key contacts and decision-makers within customer organizations and develop exceptional relationships
      - Create and implement Account Plans within prospective accounts
      - Drive new business opportunities to exceed quota and annual sales targets
      - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation
      - Provide accurate reporting and forecasting of sales, managing account data in the CRM

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in technology solution selling within healthcare
      - Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing new business
      - Experience with "Consultative Selling" to identify and solve customer problems
      - Knowledge of the regulatory environment in healthcare and ability to influence non-reporting functions in a matrixed business structure
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling technology solutions in a complex B2B/healthcare environment with multiple influencers and decision-makers
      - Ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities
      - Fluency in English
