What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Recruiting agency and medical device sales recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
