What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from customers and restaurants, providing assistance and support.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on order inquiries and acknowledgment errors.
- Manage incoming tickets generated via email or text through the CRM.
- Conduct minor troubleshooting for product or service issues reported by customers or restaurants.
- Document correspondence accurately between restaurants and customers.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in operating a computer in a Windows-based environment.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Self-directed and self-motivated individuals are preferred.
