What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Director of Learning, Growth, and Development to design and scale talent development programs
- Lead the execution of development programs from concept through delivery, ensuring exceptional participant experiences
- Facilitate engaging workshops and cohort programs that promote practical skill application and employee growth
- Design and implement initiatives such as mentorship programs and AI capability training to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Continuously evaluate and improve development programs to meet evolving business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4–7+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, leadership development, program management, or a related field
- Proven experience in facilitating engaging learning experiences and designing effective learning environments
- Strong program management skills with the ability to independently manage execution from planning through delivery
- Strategic thinker with a keen curiosity about the connection between learning and organizational effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building mentorship or career development programs
- Experience leading AI capabilities training
- Experience facilitating manager or leadership development programs
- Familiarity with modern learning tools or AI-enabled learning environments
- Experience working in remote-first or distributed organizations
