What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Sales on-demand by quickly responding to risk and growth opportunities
- Build trust with customers quickly, often within a few sessions, before moving on to support the next account
- Identify customer signals proactively and escalate to Sales before further action is needed
- Define and help customers achieve key business goals during short, high-impact engagements
- Lead digital engagement initiatives such as webinars or targeted campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of B2B customer success or customer-facing experience with various account sizes
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at different lifecycle stages simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally, especially with Sales teams
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- BA or BS degree
