What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Sales by quickly responding to risk and growth opportunities for customer accounts
- Build trust and leave a strong impression in engagements with customers
- Identify customer signals and escalate issues to Sales proactively
- Define and assist customers in achieving key business goals during high-impact engagements
- Lead digital engagement initiatives such as webinars and targeted campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2+ years of B2B customer success or customer-facing experience with various account sizes
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at different lifecycle stages simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally, particularly with Sales teams
- BA or BS degree
