What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own end-to-end KPI reporting, including metric definition, instrumentation, refresh cadence, and executive-level narratives
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level metrics that reflect progress, throughput, health, risk, and value realization across programs and workstreams
- Produce recurring executive reporting packages with clear storylines, insights, and decision points
- Design how data flows across operational tools and systems into a unified reporting layer
- Partner closely with program leaders and stakeholders to influence decision-making through data storytelling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience delivering portfolio-level insights and executive reporting that drives leadership decisions
- Strong capability designing data models and reporting layers across multiple systems and tools
- Proven ability to define KPIs, analyze trends, and translate findings into leadership-ready narratives
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and data storytelling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup-like environments with high ambiguity
- Familiarity with semantic modeling, advanced calculations, and reporting optimization in Power BI
- Experience integrating work tracking tools into unified reporting views
- Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and multi-source analytics architectures
- Examples of building dashboards or operational reporting frameworks end-to-end
