What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and deliver live, instructor-led training targeted to Pricefx stakeholders, both in-person and remotely
- Maintain and update both Pricefx and tooling skills as part of ongoing training efforts
- Collaborate with the Product Education team on product topics and content alignment
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining Pricefx training content
- Support the development of new training initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Programming experience is essential, with a focus on coding for educational purposes (20-30% of the time)
- Must have experience with SQL and database knowledge
- Required experience in creating technical documentation or learning content, such as user guides and APIs
- Ability to resolve problems and think creatively for solutions
- Must be fluent in English, with written and communication skills at a B2+ level or higher

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in creating and delivering training in a corporate environment, particularly within the IT sector
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%, with occasional international travel
- A natural curiosity for technology and a proactive approach to learning
