      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and distribution partners across the assigned territory
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors to promote and sell products and services
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product expertise and support
      - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic sales planning
      - Manage sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or demonstrated interest in building a career in sales
      - Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred
      - Valid driver's license
      - Ability to travel up to 50 percent within the assigned territory
