What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals
- Inspect customers' cars and diagnose tire-related problems
- Recommend services and quote prices for necessary repairs
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership personnel
- Assist in store operations and support dealership technicians to ensure service levels are maintained
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of tire service experience in a retail tire and service environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle, meeting the employer's Motor Vehicle Record Policy
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and online order management applications
- Physical ability to be on feet for 7-8 hours a day and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
