What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle and process assigned volume within Total Loss and Insurance Repair processes according to established policies and procedures
- Service potential and actual Total Loss and Insurance Repair calls within established call handling requirements
- Complete end-to-end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Assist other departments and Total Loss and Insurance Repair vendors as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
- Basic math skills for calculating overall company cost-benefit analysis, including insurance claims
- Established verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the auto finance industry
- Experience in Total Loss and/or Insurance Repair processes
- Knowledge of Total Loss, Insurance Repair, and/or insurance regulations
- General knowledge of collections policies and procedures, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
