What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
- Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations
- Manage booking details and ensure travel arrangements meet client preferences and budgets
- Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues
- Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel
