      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Validate and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems to support effective public service delivery
      - Develop and maintain dashboards and automated workflows to enhance data usability and efficiency
      - Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and respond to ad hoc data requests
      - Assist in project planning and governance by creating and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures
      - Provide training and support on data systems to staff and maintain clear user guides

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in systems, operational, procedures, research, or analysis-related work
      - Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science, or a related field
      - Proven experience with data tools such as Power Automate, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
      - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and provide excellent customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with human services systems, particularly in homelessness response processes
      - Familiarity with Results-Based Accountability (RBA) frameworks
      - Ability to troubleshoot simple Python or R scripts
      - Experience in connecting and maintaining data in business intelligence tools in a production environment
      - Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across teams
