What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers by answering incoming phone calls to address inquiries and resolve complaints
- Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Manage multiple software applications while actively listening and responding to customers' needs
- Utilize online resources to research customer issues and provide technical support for in-vehicle technology
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by offering tailored solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-based or customer-facing environment
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume
- Proven ability to handle 100+ calls per day while maintaining composure
- Ability to work varied shifts based on business needs and complete 100% of training within the first 90 days
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automotive industry (e.g., dealership, technician roles)
- Proficient knowledge of in-vehicle technology (e.g., Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto, Bluetooth, navigation)
