      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties
      - Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions and project scope
      - Valuate properties across the entire U.S. ensuring accuracy in all assessments
      - Meet turnaround objectives for valuations to prevent properties from lingering on the market
      - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting
      - Appraisal license or completion of appraisal coursework (preferred)
      - Bachelor's degree (preferred)
      - Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
      - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with residential property appraisal and market analysis
      - Familiarity with real estate investment strategies and market trends
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
