      Job Overview:

      We're seeking a video producer focused on metrics and audience, skilled in strategizing, creating, and editing engaging marketing videos that attract and keep a dedicated following. The ideal candidate should have a strong vision for video content for social media and marketing, a competitive edge, and work well with our team to adapt strategies for different platform audiences. This person will manage video content across all brands, maintaining brand consistency. They'll collaborate with producers to understand and grow our audience.

      The perfect applicant stays updated on marketing video industry trends and revenue opportunities, enjoys editing and pitching ideas, and excels in storytelling across formats. They should be digitally savvy, have excellent communication skills, be open to trying new things, and capable of producing a range of content from social ads to promotional stories. We're looking for a proactive individual passionate about production and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Create marketing videos for streaming, social, and digital platforms.

      • Boost digital marketing video products across platforms.

      • Write, pitch, produce, and edit original digital marketing videos.

      • Use data to find and visually present marketing stories in videos.

      • Simplify complex information into engaging marketing videos.

      • Create engaging graphics and video treatments for mobile and social platforms.

      • Establish best practices for marketing video creation, publishing, and distribution on digital platforms, and train content creators.

      • Monitor various video sources for content appealing to our marketing audience.

      • Manage filming sessions, directing talent and crew for desired marketing outcomes.

      • Edit footage into polished marketing videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

      • Keep marketing video projects on time and budget.

      • Stay updated with marketing video production trends, incorporating new techniques as needed.

      • Keep a consistent creative process from concept to completion for marketing videos.

      • Handle multiple marketing video projects at once, adjusting priorities as needed.

      • Work closely with the marketing team for successful video delivery.

      Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree required

      • Minimum 3 years experience in digital video production, specifically in marketing

      • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After-Effects, and Photoshop

      • Strong editorial skills and knack for identifying digitally engaging marketing stories

      • Knowledge of social media platforms

      • Proactive with excellent communication skills

      • Previous marketing video production experience required (reels or relevant material needed)

      • Knowledge of editing, storyboarding, lighting, composition, and equipment operations

      • Experienced in creating short-form marketing videos for social media channels

      • Flexible and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure

      • Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

      • Ability to work independently, delivering high-quality and consistent output
