What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner in all functions of the Reservation Center
- Maintain high standards of service and hospitality at all times
- Maximize revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Operate a computer and utilize the Drury Spirit Reservation Process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to take written and verbal direction
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate to the public and team members in a warm and professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge equivalent to four years of high school
- Ability to operate a computer and familiarity with guest service procedures
