      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with various functions within the Chief Investment Office, Investment Solutions Group, and Merrill Home Office
      - Participate in investment strategy development and analysis for client portfolios
      - Conduct due diligence and support portfolio management activities
      - Collaborate with teams to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions
      - Engage in analytical tasks and contribute to market research and investment insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree program student with a graduation date between November 2027 and August 2028
      - Demonstrated record of achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles
      - Strong knowledge of finance
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum GPA of 3.2
      - Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Major or minor in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field
      - Experience managing and analyzing large data sets with data science tools
      - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or equivalent
