What is Required (Qualifications):

- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients
- No prior experience required; training is provided for the right candidates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with lead generation and marketing strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of insurance products, including Term, IULs, and Whole Life
- Experience with CRM software or similar tools
