What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-to-end support for the Actimize platform, including production and non-production environments
- Manage and support Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and AML Transaction Monitoring
- Analyze alerts and optimize rules and thresholds for enhanced system performance
- Coordinate with data warehouse teams for data feeds and reconciliation efforts
- Participate in incident management and prepare technical documentation for governance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong hands-on experience with the NICE Actimize AML platform
- Proficiency in SQL, with Snowflake preferred
- Knowledge of AML regulations, including BSA, OFAC, and SAR reporting
- Experience working with data warehouse integrations and batch processing
- Familiarity with banking core systems integrations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Actimize cloud migration initiatives
- Knowledge of performance tuning and rule optimization techniques
- Exposure to enterprise financial crime ecosystems
- Understanding of data lineage and regulatory reporting processes
- Experience working within a U.S. banking environment
