What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with robotic program stakeholders to develop goals and metrics for the HUGO™ RAS-system
- Create and coordinate surgeon training plans and support staff training through Medtronic's off-site training
- Attend surgeries to assist with technology adoption during learning sessions for surgeons and staff
- Utilize change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Track milestones to demonstrate the value delivered for pilot sites
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably a Master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment or working with robotic products/procedures
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory (>75%)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in change management and process optimization
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
