      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the research, drafting, and revision of FTCA program policies and procedures
      - Analyze proposed federal regulations and legislation for implications on the FTCA program
      - Conduct assessments of FTCA technical assistance and deeming processes
      - Prepare and deliver presentations and training materials for grantee audiences
      - Analyze FTCA program metrics to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in federal or state health policy development, program management, or clinical practice in a safety-net setting
      - Demonstrated experience researching and interpreting federal statutes and regulations
      - Experience engaging with federal grantees or health systems in a technical assistance role
      - Bachelor's degree in health policy, public health, health administration, nursing, or a related field
      - Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to inform policy positions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of the HRSA Health Center Program or the FTCA Program
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
      - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
      - Master’s degree (MPH, MHA, MPP, MSN, or equivalent)
