What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure integration of the Cobra cost engine with the scheduling tool (Oracle Primavera P6) and manage project costs
- Develop and manage the Estimate to Complete (ETC) collection and integration process
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and implement improvement strategies
- Manage performance measurement baselines and ensure accuracy of reporting through quality assurance
- Prepare and manage variance analysis collection and produce required monthly metrics and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in project controls and cost management
- Knowledge of Cobra system setup and implementation
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes and standards related to project controls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Department of Energy (DOE) or similar regulatory environments
- Familiarity with complex operations in high-hazard industries
